The hotel is located 30m from Playa de los Pocillos beach, 200m from a bus stop, 350m from a shopping centre and 2km from Puerto del Carmen. The resort of Playa de los Pocillos is approx 9km from Lanzarote Airport.

A total of 598 rooms are spread over two main buildings (with 3 and 4 floors respectively) as well as a 2-storey annexe block.
