Pavillon Pereire Arc De Triomphe Hotel is nice and small, set in a quiet safe more residential area of the city, about 15 min walk to Arc de Triomphe (close to RER and Metro stations). Good selection of shops, patisseries and bistros near hotel. Although the hotel and furnishings are dated, the staff are friendly. The rooms are small, clean and warm, with a comfortable bed.
What more do you need when you have all the sights of Paris to explore. Particularly when you can have a 7 night holiday for the price of a short break at many Paris hotels.
If you are looking for luxury, you will not get it in Paris for this price. This is a great value Budget Hotel, in a great location.
