The 1 star Carter Hotel is a great choice for the young budget traveller. Providing simply furnished guest rooms in a great location just off Times Square. Some rooms very basic and in need of renovation but they are clean with showers, flat screen TV’s and air con units. Some rooms have already been renovated. Wide choice of places to eat nearby.
