One&Only took on the project of extending the original island here to create the large island of today with its grand sweeping coves.
Leisure facilities and activities available at the One & Only Reethi Rah include a modern fitness gym with machines, weights and a fitness team, canoeing and kayaking, water skiing and windsurfing, beach volleyball, cycling, tennis, petanque, rock climbing and art classes.
The Spa offers a range of massages and beauty treatments and is equipped with steam rooms, saunas, an ice fountain and vitality pools. There is also a separate section of the resort for children with a swimming pool, clubhouse, dining area and organised activities for aged 4-11 and 12-17.
Social and dining venues include the Reethi restaurant which specialises in Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, a contemporary Japanese restaurant, a garden restaurant specialsing in seafood, a chill-out bar with music in the evenings and a Bohemian lounge bar on the beach.
Amenities and services available to guests include a boutique, in-villa dining and diving sailing and fishing excursions.
There are 130 villas at One & Only Reethi Rah, comprising 98 beach villas and 32 water villas, all of which have ocean views and access to the lagoon.
