94 rooms and suites on up to 4 floors in 5 buildings with 2 lifts and a plantation house. All with air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, in-room safe, alarm clock, radio, fridge, tea/coffee maker, hairdryer, bath and shower. The Plantation House Rooms are situated in the historic Savannah building close to the road. Furnished with traditional Barbadian furniture adding to the historical Plantation theme with 1 king-size bed, sleeping max 2 adults and 1 child, child to be accommodated on a rollaway bed.
3 restaurants: the main restaurant, Rachel’s has a twist on Caribbean/International fare, open for buffet breakfast daily, gourmet à la carte dinner 5 nights a week and buffet dining twice weekly. The Beach restaurant and bar is open 7 days a week for lunch and 5 nights a week for dinner serving a wide range of barbecue, pastas, grilled fish and burgers for lunch, and in the evening, a themed dinner including BBQ, Mediterranean, Italian and Chef’s culinary fair. There is also an adults only Asian fusion* restaurant open 5 nights per week. 3 bars: Rachel’s Bar, Drifters Beach Bar open until 1.00am and Chopstix Noodle Bar open 5 nights a week. A coffee station is available in the Drifter’s restaurant. Afternoon tea will be served daily.
