The apartments are situated just 300m from the El Playazo Beach, just under 1km from the waterpark and 8km from the centre of Vera. The resort of Vera is approx 93km from Almeria Airport.
The complex has a total of 282 studios and apartments spread over 5 floors, consisting of studios and one-bedroom apartments with twin beds and a sofa bed able to accommodate up to 4 people, two-bedroom apartments for up to 6 people and three-bedroom apartments
All apartments feature a bathroom, air-conditioning, heating, satellite TV, telephone and a balcony or terrace. Kitchenettes are equipped with hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing-machine (larger apartments), coffee-maker, iron and ironing board.
