Circuit De Catalunya

The Barcelona Grand Prix is one of the favourites with the teams due to its modern facilities although if you were to ask the drivers they may well have another view. The circuit is difficult to overtake on and after a full race distance the drivers know that they have had a busy day at the office.

The circuit offers excellent views from the grandstands which also benefit from having large video screens opposite ensuring that none of the action is missed. These excellent viewing opportunities are one of the reasons that the large crowds have been attracted and why Barcelona is now regarded as one of the major European Grand Prix.

Outside of the Grand Prix Barcelona is a truly great place to visit with a mixture of new and old, offering an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and night life unsurpassed anywhere in Europe.

We recommend that you buy only grandstand tickets otherwise your view may be restricted as General Admission areas are packed with Fernando fans.

The main grandstands are located all along the start/ finish straight with the best seats in the covered grandstand facing the pits area.

None of the other Grandstands are covered, but this not normally a problem as the Spanish weather in early May is normally very good.

Most of the grandstands have a good view of two or more parts of the circuit
