The Nurburging is a very traditional track and to be competitive teams need a good set-up with not too much understeer. 2007 will feature the German Formula 1 Grand Prix at the Nurburgring and it is one of the most popular with the drivers, with a mixture of short straights and demanding corners. In recent years the 'new' Nurburgring has staged some dramatic races and is gradually beginning to establish itself as one of the more interesting tracks on the F1 calendar.
The hotel used for this tour is based in Cologne, a major German city on the river Rhine. Cologne offers everything one would expect from a major city with famous landmarks including museums and Roman churches, great restaurants, bars and shops. Cologne is only 30 miles from the circuit with the airport only a short transfer away.

Antik Hotel Bristol, Cologne
A superb 3 star character hotel of great charm set in a very central location
near the Dom and river rhine. The hotel is owner managed and care has been taken in the creation of individual room
schemes (44 rooms).

Ticket information:
We are offering grandstand seats in Nordtribune B, located at
the end of the start/finish straight at turn 1. These seats have
great views.
2006 Weekend ticket price: From 280 Euros
We recommend that you buy only grandstand tickets.
The main grandstands are located in the old stadium section of the track with easy access to refreshments, Toilets etc.
Some of the other Grandstands are not covered but may have the same facilities as the main grandstands
