Parque Santiago III & IV is one of the most popular Hotels in Playa de las Americas, Tenerife. Spacious, very clean and well maintained apartments. Towels and bedding changed regularly. Great location, 5 minutes walk away from bars, cafes, restaurants, shopping centres, beach. Very family friendly. No air conditioning but ceiling fans in all rooms.

The complex is ideal for families and couples wanting a fun filled holiday and is ideally situated, with direct access to the sea and sandy beach which lies about 200m away. Guests may be accommodated in either Parque Santiago III or IV.
Facilities and accommodation at the Parque Santiago III & IV Apartments are spread across complex 3 and complex 4. There are 750 studios and apartments at the Parque Santiago III & IV Apartments. Some of the apartments are duplex. The studios sleep up to 3 adults, the one bedroom apartments sleep up to 4 adults and the two bedroom apartments sleep up to 6 adults.
The studios comprise a bathroom, kitchenette, a fridge and a 2 ring hob, satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace. They are furnished with twin beds and a camp bed. The apartments have in addition, 1 or 2 twin bedrooms and a lounge with a sofa bed, satellite TV, a fridge and a 4 ring hob. Maid service is provided 6 times per week.
Leisure facilities include 4 outdoor swimming pools (2 in each complex), sun terraces with lounger and parasols, a colourful aqua park for children with waterslides and jets (complex 3), a children’s section in one of the main pools (complex 4), a children’s playground and 2 fitness gyms (one in each complex).
Social and dining venues include restaurants, a cafe and pizzeria, a lounge bar, a pub, a juice bar and a pool-side bar serving drinks and snacks.
